Established in 2019 in New York, Hommocks LLC is an investment management firm offering short term trade finance solutions to small and medium-sized commodity traders and producers.

Borrowers located globally receive working capital solutions by pledging and assigning their receivables and/or inventory.  Each recurring loan amount is in the range of $1 to $50 million and the tenor is typically in the range of 30 to 60 days.

Hommocks has access to a large capital base represented by institutional investors, private funds, family offices and merchant banks.  Hommocks will act as principal lender if deal (ie shipment) amount is less than $1 million.

Main structures of trade finance include receivable finance, inventory finance, payable finance (supply chain finance), pre-exports, prepayment loans, repurchase agreements, borrowing base revolver facilities, purchase order finance, structured export finance, mezzanine debt and others.
